    30 days Return & Exchange

    Request for the returned or exchanged items:

    1. Items received within 30 days from the shipping date;
    2. Items received unused(without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition;
    3. Tights, socks, jewelries and final sale items are not in the range of return or exchange;
    4. Items received in original packaging.

    Our Policy:

    If you are not satisfying about the product received from us, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. To maintain your own interests, we don't accept the returning of the goods you are not satisfied about without a Return Authorization. We are neither responsible for the refund nor taking over your dispute on the product if you return the goods without the Return Authorization even cause the missing of the package during the return. Also we will not responsible for your returned shipping fee. Please make sure the product is unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition. and We need to receive them in original packaging.

    For quality problem shall refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product. It does not include any color, size aberration and material differentia from the buyer's imagination since we have noted all information beside each item. Also you can’t mark them as bad quality problem if you find the products are not beautiful enough.

    For size problem is the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can exchange to right size but can't cancel especially for one-size item since we have note the exactly size measurement beside them. One size do mean the item you have selected only have one size.

    Atten: we can’t accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been sent out already.

    The following information is required when you reflect the problem:

    * Order number
    * The exactly item’s SKU number
    * Image of defective beads.
